Hi all
I am trying to set up Hot dial for cisco ip phone using the doc
I have created PT , CSS then TP with called party transformation mask set to hot dial number.After setting up whenever i press speaker phone or lift handset i get Error Pass Limit as message. Please let me know how do i go about it.

Hi Mohamed,
Are you trying to configure PLAR? Please check if you assigned the DN to the line which is configured for PLAR. If the DN is not assigned to the line, and you try to go off-hook, then you will get the Error Pass Limit message.

Thanks Srikanth... it worked after adding dummy DN to the PLAR phone
