we normally use "run sql" command from CLI, then sql statement

you can run some queries to display the value that is duplicate run sql select * from device etc//...

Which value you are trying to change\modify?

could you plese send us an screenshot?

Re: How can i have access the sql device table from CLI, for CCM

it is possible but you require to get rid of all the references from the phone in several tables depending on what it has configured, if you have services and other stuff you would require to modify about 5 tables for 1 phone.

it would be easier if you mention what's the exact issue you're facing and the version for us to provide help, it might be a simple bug or there could be another workaround
