How can i route the call automatically to phone after hearing greeting

I have CCME, and i want implement B-ACD, my need is for each call, the greeting must be heared and after that the call must be routed to the receptionist.

I have tested the following config, but it doesn't work :

dial-peer voice 1000 pots

service aa

port 0/0/0:15

direct-inward-dial

incoming called-number 022203304

ephone-hunt 10 sequential

pilot 5071

list 5011

timeout 10

application

service callq flash:app-b-acd.tcl

param queue-manager-debugs 1

param aa-hunt1 5071

param number-of-hunt-grps 1

and when i want to verify this services

with the command show call application sessions, the services already created are not displayed.

Hi, please add the required paramspace english index and paramspace language location.

Failing that please enable "debug voice media status" with "term mon".

Sorry, the exact command is: debug voice application media state.

Does the call transfer correctly ? How do you recorded the prompt ?

the record is for Music on hold, and is the same that i want t use for greeting.

These messages are expected and happen for each and any TCL service configuration.

hello,

regrdless of B-ACD, My need is the following:

when the receptionist receives two simultaneous calls the third call is getting busy to the caller. Is for that reason that i want to use B-ACD, but it doesn't work.

i you have any idea to help me to find solution.

I think you need an hunt-group for queuing to work correctly. If you have only one operator, just place it alone in ephone-hunt and configure hunt1 to pilot, not directly to extension.

Then if you place Hlog button on the operator phone, after office hours he/she can log out in this case the call will go voicemail. If you don't have VM, it can be another script like "disconnect.tcl" that will announce office hours, then close.

When something isn't right the debug is "voice application script".

i need when the caller dial the number, the personalized music must be heared, and the caller wait in the queue. If the receptionist is free, it can receive the calls, if it's busy the caller will wait in the Queue and the Music have still heared.

I want ti know if it's possible to do that, and if you know how, let me know.

Yes, that's called call queuing. As mentioned above, you need to place the operator in ephone-hunt to work.

i have placed into the hunt group, but when i call the DID from the outside, nothing happens.

Collect debug voice application script and send it here together with the revised configuration, and "show ephone-hunt"

thanks for reply, it works from inside because we have dial-peer voice 1000 voip, but from outside it only rings, and no greeting is heared.

Usually that is because the incoming DP fails. Make sure the called number, incoming called in DP, and aa-pilot do match.

pots DP. Verify with debug isdn q931 the called number is what you have configured.

when i verify with debug, the called number is always 022203304, but it can't rings.

With debug voip application script you should see BACD-AA kick in. If it doesn't, either the number is not right, aa-pilot mismatch, etc.
