Hi Victor.

I guess you are configuring a CUCME.

Please refer to the following guide.

Hi,

config t
ip http server
telephony-service

directory entry 1 14045550111 name Sales

directory entry 2 13125550122 name Marketing

directory entry 3 12135550144 name Support Center

service local directory
create cnf

exit

restart the phones

To verify

show running-config
show telephony-service
show telephony-service directory-entry

You are limited in no of directory entries in telephonyservice

You can use external directory entry for more entries using an sql database

Router(config)# telephony-service
Router(config-telephony)# url directories http://10.0.0.11/localdirectory
