Think of two Call Manager Express. One interface has an public and other local side has private ip address. How can these ip phones (private ip address) talk with each other? How to proxy these ip phones?

yes they can go through internet. phones can be natted to real ip. is that all for they can talk to each other? when the signalling is ok how the rtp session will reach to other phones local ip phone? how he will go to the other side private ip?
