How Cisco Phone designer works for Hard (Physical) phone Cisco 7965

Hi,

We are using CUCM 8.5 version and I need to know how Cisco phone designer works with Hard phone Cisco 7965 model. When I searched in Google, found out that its working in Softphone. But need to know whether it will work in Physical phone or not.

Hi,

The phone has to be assigned to a user.

The user use their CCMUser account to login to the Phone Designer tool

Youwill need to download the Phone Designer software from CCO
