How configure e1 in - out

Hello,

I have an e1 and i need to configure whith this way:

1-15 time slot inbound

17-31 time slot outbound

i dont know how to be diferenciated beetween in and out

How many dial peer in its necesary?

My e1 give me 2 digits. In level 2 is up.

Im using this e1 with Call manager express? Which is session target in this case?

What can i do to test
