How do I BAT users and phones with AD Synch enabled

Do I need to disable and delete my AD settings in CUCM 6.1.2 so I can add users with BAT and not do this manually. I get the following error:LDAP Synch status is enabled. Cannot add users through BAT.

the error is expected, you cannot add or delete using BAT when AD is enabled, add the users directly in AD

The issue is associating all the users to the phones, is there any automated way to do this. All we need to do is add subscribe search space, associate and select the primary extension and add user rights.

Was there any answer(s) to this post? I'm considering the possibility of enabling LDAP sync, but use BAT to add and associate end-users to phones rather frequently.
