How do I set Unity 7 to show identity of internal voicemail sender in Outlook?

I upgraded to Unity 7.0 this past August. We upgraded from Unity 5.0, and plan on moving to UC 8 in the next 3 months.

Previously on Unity 5.0, this would work: Jane leaves Joe a voicemail. Joe comes back to his desk and checks his email, Joe sees he has a voicemail sent from Jane. Joe listens to voicemail and hits reply to send Jane an email response.

Now, on Unity 7.0, when Joe checks his email it says he has a message from Unity Messaging System - [servername] with a subject of "Voice Message from unknown (1159)".

Can anyone tell me how I can restore this functionality? It was a really impressive thing to be able to have the emailed voicemail appear to have been sent directly from the sender, and be able to simply reply to email a response. It looked seamless, and if possible, I'd like to restore that.
