How do you decipher facility codes on Q931 traces

I have an issue on site with divert messages across a qsig link. The customer is diverting calls from an sx2000 pabx to callmanager via a MGCP gateway. I need to understand the facility codes and how to decipher them ?

Could you please paste the whole debug isdn q931. This encoder looks like is not recognizing:

hi this is very good but i was looking for some information on the decode for future ref, did you manage to get the decode tool working?
