How do you load the current date into a variable in CUE scripting?
I am trying to edit a script to force it to change the business hours and call routing for only 3 days. I CANNOT set these days as holidays because there is already another path the script takes on holidays.
I am just looking for a way to load the current date into a variable and then check that variable againt predefined variables to make the decision on what to do.
Has anyone done this or know which direction to go in?
Re: How do you load the current date into a variable in CUE scri
It is not possible in a regular CUE script to load the current date into a variable. Only the IsHoliday step contains a comparison for the current date (i.e. if you configure a Holiday in the GUI, IsHoliday will check to see if it's a configured holiday during script execution).
