Hello everybody,
how i can find a call that come from a 323 gateway (i have not access to they) after that it translation to any number and go to the route pattern.
if it not complicate then could you tell me how i can look all this steps?

RTMT only shows usage of endpoints, no info of the actual call (calling, called, etc). look at CDR records or a CUCM detailed trace

You will want to use RTMT to download detailed level CUCM traces. Here's a guide:

You will probably also want a tool such as triple combo:

or translator x:
http://www.employees.org/~pgiralt/TranslatorX/
You can use those tools to find the calling/called numbers. You can then do filters based upon the TCP handle of the phone, Q931 reference, and H323 guid value. Using the timestamps helps greatly.
That's about as detailed as I can tell you without creating a 30 slide powerpoint deck that goes through all of the details.
