Hi,
Can any one of you let me know how we can achive service URL redundancy for Extension mobility service. Currently we are using the service URL configured with publisher IP address. But in case of publisher failure agents are not able to access the extension mobility service. Do any one of you know how this service level redundancy can be achieved. Is there any way that IP phone can send request to next available CUCM server for retriving the service URL while the server mentioned in the service URL is not available.
Thanks and Regards
