How to allow extension in Auto-attendant

Hello everyone,

I would like for the external callers that here the auto-attendant prompts to compose the extension they want to reach when ever they want. Now, the callers have to wait after the first prompt to press "1", then the extension "57" and then the "#" key, to reach the extension. Is there a way to allow the callers to directly reach the extension they want at all time ?

I am using call manager express 4.0 in a 2801 router

Hope this is clear.

Thank you for your continuous help.

From CRA select Applications,Configure Applications Select Name ?AA? Under Script, change the operExtn to the new extension

Hi,

thank you for your nswer. The thing is I am not using CRA. My system runs under Cisco Call Manager Express, so I would need to install CRA to solve my problem ?

And, if so, how does CRA integrates with CME 4 ?

Thank you.
