We have UCCM 8.6. Management wants to allow some of our external users to call in using their cell phones, and then be able to get a dial tone and make outbound calls, so that when they call the customer, it comes from the company and not their cell phone. I have warned them that this could be abused, but they want to do it. If there was a way to make the user press some passcode to make the outbound call, that would be great. I remember reading about how this was done, but cannot find it now. Any suggestions? Oh, and they want it by next week.
