but users having ext number 22xx need to access only few translation patten line (*301,*305)

Hi Raja

you can put translation pattern for *3xx in one partition and *301,*305 in another partition.

Create 2 different CSS for 7XXX and 22XX extension range.

In the first CSS put the partition create for translation *3xx and the second CSS the other partition.

HI Carlo

Thank you for your update ...

in our setup  users from 2xxx thy need to call 7xxx  also

7xxx has PT internel and pt mobile  on css

2xxx  has that PT internel  on css

for them to call each other

in the translation patten it also has the  ccs which includes the the PT internel  and mobile on the same ccs

so it is not working

Please can we have any other work around  becauz i have understand translation is working based on it own css

regards

raja

Hi Raja,

create new partition for *301, and *305 for users 22XX. let us assume the new partition name is "TP-22XX-new".

for 22XX extensions, add "TP-22XX-new" to their Calling Search Space and remove the old partition used for the translation pattern.
