How to change OS pass for CUCM version 9 in VMware

How can we change the OS pass for cucm running into vmware?

Hi ,

CLI of CUCM 9 says u can use command but does not appear utils reset_ui_administrator_password

u can try with set password user admin command and check.

utils reset_ui_administrator_password - to reset application user password.

set password admin - OS admin password

this means u want to reset the password. Do not want to change password.

It was my mistake , yes reset not change the OS pass

But my question was related for CUCM into VMware

We can proceed with external dvd .Is that possible,?The server is UCS

Yes you can use external dvd.. Infact if you login to VMWARE client from your PC and your PC has DVD drive, you can use PC dvd drive as well by connecting(mapping) to vmware..
