How to change to terminate dial # on route pattern on CCM?

I?m implementation a Cisco CallManager 4.2(3) my customer needs to use # for beginning the dial to PSTN and WAN calls.

On the route pattern I need to start the dial with #9.00! Internacional and #9.XXXXXXXX Local calls.

By default the # is used to indicate CCM that the dialing has finished.

How can I change # in order to use for starting the dialing.

REGARDS

There is a service parameter under CCM Admin| Service | Service Parameters | Cisco CallManager |

I dont remember it now but it is something like use # for end of dialing or sth like that
