How to check call history in callmanager 5.1

Hi there,

I have been working with callmanager 5.1 which has Configured with E1 links, now my boss want to monitor outgoing calls, as we have more than 250 IP phones in our organization. some of them have national call access and international call access, how can I monitor the call history for each and every ip phone. please reply me.

        You can use CAR (CDR Analysis and Reporting) to run reports on all phones to see where they have called.  Here is a link on how to access the website to view the reports.  The website is https:// Server-ip/name>:8443/car/Logon.jsp. The login should be the administrator login for CUCM.  The following document should give you more details on how to run reports.
