Build a SIP trunk with destination IP address of the telco SBC, build Route Group, Route List, and Route Patterns pointing to it. As long as the SIP trunk does not require authentication and you are not concerned about security and other useful features CUBE provides you can make it work. Also, obviously ensure CUCM can route to/from the IP address of the SBC.
