How to Configure Dialing 0 For Operator

Hi ,

I have CUCM Version 6.1(3) and i can;t find a way to dialing 0 from any phone and it's will be routed to the reception extn.

Any ideas ?

Create a translation profile that translates 0 to the DN of the receptionist's phone.

Hi Thanks For the reaply ,

I have must to using a Gateway to make a

translation profile , don't forget that is version 6.1(3) . there is not translation profile only route pattern .

But still it's don't working .
