How to configure individual Auth Code in CME

All that is contained in the CME admin guide which is available on CCO and the first place to look at for any CME config you need.

How to configure individual Auth Code in CME

Hi, did you tested the config from CCO? I am trying to configure FAC on CCME but with password for individuals not for phones.

For example a Manager can make long distance call from any phone using his password.

How to configure individual Auth Code in CME

you can use FAC per IP Phone

Use "after-hours override-code" in ephone-template not telephony-service, then apply the templates to the needed phones

But to do it for your manager,,

1. you can use extension mobility for him

2. or read these lines from the admin guide:

Logging in to a phone with a PIN only allows the user to override call blocking that is associated with

particular time periods. Blocking patterns that are in effect 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and they

cannot be overridden by using a PIN
