How to configure redial from phone directory changing digits sent

Hello everybody.

To dial outside my company you'd dial 0 before the number and I don't wanna change it.

Incoming calls from outside my company are stored in directory calls (missed calls, incoming calls,...) without 0.

I want to dial from the directory calls stored only hunging up the phone but I can't because of numbers stored don't have 0.

Is it possible to configure it?.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Yes it is possible, please read this document on the follwoing link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/7_0_1/ccmfeat/fscallpn.pdf

or by just creating a route pattern without a zero and say when [1-9]! matches it to prefix a zero. All depends on your dial plan.

...or users can press edit, 0, dial.  I know that's never going to be an option, just think it's funny.
