How to configure two phonenumbers for one voicemailbox?

Hi Community,

i have an issue; i have a request to configure two phonenumbers on one voicemailbox.

I have a Cisco UC520 with CCME 7.1 and CUE 8.0.2.

I know that i can configure a genarel delivery mailbox, but the request looks more like the customer tries to have an alternativ number for his voicemailbox.

is their an option?

You can have other number as E.164

A. It is possible to have up to two numbers in the same Cisco Unity Express (CUE) User profile. Configure the first number as the Cisco Unity Express User Primary Extension, and the other number as the Primary E.164 number. However, only two Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express extensions are allowed to share the same mailbox in the Cisco Unity Express voicemail.

i wasn't sure if this option would do it, i thought about a translation rule..

sometimes i am still lost on the cisco documentation..
