How to delete a duplicated publisher server entry in CCM Administrator?
I rencently ran into this situation (in fact I have seen this twice):
A customer has a Callmanager server whose IP address has been changed. Since that change, there is a new entry in the Servers list in Callmanager Administration, that has the new IP address for the server, and has all the services of the server under it.
There also remains an entry for the Publisher with the old IP, and it has no services under it.
When I attemped to delete it, i got the message "The Publisher node cannot be deleted"
Has anyone ever experienced it, and has a procedure to fix it?

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
