Asim,
That data is stored locally in phone memory & is not accessible from CUCM, hence cant be accessed/deleted.

Can you describe when/why you want to delete the logs?

Hi
OK - so there are ways to clear the history, but they involve invoking a function on the phone. You can send a URI to the phone from an application to clear it, but this would mean writing that applciation.
The other alternative is you put a bit of XML on a web server, and then configure the Idle URL to retrieve that XML once an hour (for example). This would mean that after an hour of idle time the logs would clear automatically. You might want it to be longer or shorter but you get the idea.
See this post for the XML info : https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/1083377#1083377
