Hi Guys,
We have a little problem with our Callmanager 4.1.3
When we activate call forward on IP-Phones to our Mobile Phones we get the calling party number with a leading "0".
On the CCM-environment it is usefull because we use "0" to ring out into PSTN.
But when we forward a call to our mobile phones this leading "0" is not needed and the phone number must be edited before it can be dialed on mobile devices.
Is there a possibility to edit the calling party number when the call is forwarded ?
greetings Christian

yes, configure a CSS for CF that reaches a translation pattern that strips the 0 before sending the call. just be aware you will need another route pattern without the 0 to route the calls to the outside, or create a separate route pattern and strip the 0 there. your choice as either would work

Thanks for your reply, I will try it out tomorrow.
Maybe a have to take a look at the gateway if this does any number manipulation.....
