How to enable busy trigger for pstn calls

Hi,

Have enabled busy trigger for ip phones which works fine for internal ip phone calls.

How to set the busy trigger for PSTN incoming calls.

Scenario 1:We use FXO ports for the PSTN lines. Incoming calls directly lands to auto attendant in CCX then directed to CCM via CTI route points and then to ip phones.

Scenario 2: Incomimg calls direclt lands to a hunt group where 4 users are in the group. If all the users are busy it should generate busy trigger to the voice GW.

Any possibility?
