Hi,
I have added a new user in Call Manager 3.3, I am not able to access the user by entering first / last name.

Assuming you're using Unity for voicemail and Unity is providing the dial by name functionality? Has the user recorded a name in Unity? This is required before they will be accessible through the directory.
