I would do a search in CUCM using route plan report.
Call Routing---> Route plan report
you can do a blank search so you can see what is in use or search on the first 2 or 3 numbers of your extension.
when you know what is in use, you can deduct what is NOT in use and assign from there. cant get any better than that
