How to free space on Call Manager

Hi,

I am upgrading from CCM version 6.0 to 6.1. I copied the file to a FTP server and while trying to tranfer the file I am getting an error which is

"There is not enough disk space in the common partition to perform the upgrade. Please use either the Platform Command Line Interface or the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) to free space on the common partition.".

I am using MCS-7845, and in the RTMT I can see out of the total 65GB of common partition, 19 GB is used.

Can anyone tell me how to free further disk space using the CLI or RTMT.

Manu,

Have you attempted the same process with SFTP?

You may want to give that a try.
