we have changed the dhcp server configuration [ we change the subnet mask]. we want that the all ip phone already registred with the CCM change their network configuration. i would ask how to change the network configuration for all the ipphone?
You can reset the IP Phones. When you reset the IP Phones, it would try to contact the DHCP Server to get the IP Address lease. Also, if your DHCP Server supports (Windows DHCP/ Cisco IOS supports this) deleting the current Lease Database, you should delete this also to ensure the DHCP Server re-issues the IP Addresses using the new parameters.
Also, please do not reset all the phones at the same time. Reset few at a time to ensure that the TFTP Server does not get overloaded and coudl cause the phones to hang
