I have a question relating generating a local call tone.
What we have in place and configured is the following:
Callmanager 4.2(3)SR3 and a MGCP controlled 2811 Gateway including two E1 interfaces connecting our company to the PSTN.
My issue now is this:
When colleagues of me try to call our colleagues in Bulgaria, the call actually traverses the gateway to our PSTN-provider, and then a certain and unknown amount of other telephony provider until it reaches the destination in Sofia.

(And go on-hook in case he get no calling tone...)
Is there a possibility to generate this calling tone locally (at the gateway or in callmanager) in case no tone has been sent by the provider?
