Hi,
I work in a IPCC setup and I want that when I dial the PRI number which is terminated on Ingress gateway, the call should directly land on my IP phone bypassing all the setup.
I dont want that call should be treated with IVR treatment.
we have CISCO ingress gateway, CISCO PGW, CISCO NAM, CICM,CVP,VXML gateway.
I dont want that the call should be processed by these components. I just want to make a simple Gateway and IP phome communication.
I tried to do this but i failed to do so.
Becasue when we make an outboud call, it goes out by a Egress gateway. So iff outbound call is possible, the incoming should be done.
Can anyone guide me how to make it possible.
Regards
Saurabh

If your gateway is controlled by the PGW, that on decides how the call is routed. And details do vary by the specific configuration of the devices.
You need to be familiar with the PGW to understand what are your possible routing options.
Anyway, question involving PGW is better posed in "Service Providers - VoIP"
