How to have users in Hunt group see the name of hotline
I have Unity 5.0 and CCM 6.1.4
I would like to have it so that members of a hunt group can see what calls they are answering based on CTI name, or something similiar.
Ex: A call goes into a Unity call handler, then the caller presses 2 for "Sales". That call then is routed to a hunt group where the phones display "Sales" so that the "agent" knows it is a sales call.
I've tried front ending this with a CTI with a name one it, and it works internally, but when forwarded off a call handler it does not.
