HOW TO IDENTIFICATE A SECOND CALL IN A PHONE WITH CALL WAITING

Hello,

I have a customer with call waiting configured (IP Phone A, DN = 1000, Busy Trigger = 2).

But he wants that, when a second person rings him (IP Phone B, DN = 2000) he receives some kind of indication of the state of the Phone A, I mean, something like a locution: "Phone A is busy, please wait and you will be soon attended").

He wants to conserve the second call but we need a way to indicate Phone B that he is the second call. Anyone have an idea?

Hi Alicia,

The only thing I could think of that would provide this functionality would be IPCC express.
