In central site a have a CME 4.1 with Unity Express, in one remote site I have CM 4.1(3)with a few phones I want to asign voice mail to these user by means of unity express

We will have an issue here.
CUE supports either CCM or CME.
You can send the VM call to CUE across a trunk and user will go to VM, you can setup accounts there no problem, but MWI will not work at all. In CCM 4.X we dont support SIP unsolicted notify for MWI.
