how to keep call active when passing from ccm to srst

I'm using CCM5.1 and a h323 router with the lastest srst version. It is possible the keep actives calls when passing from ccm to srst ? What do I have to do ?

Call in theory should not be dropped since audio will be between IP Phone and H323 GW, IP Phone should detect CCM down as well as GW.

Then just IP Phone registers to SRST and GW goes into SRST mode.
