Hi Fiends,
I bought this Cisco 1861 a few weeks ago, We have been a bit busy so only unboxed and turned it on today, Can anyone suggest me how to confirm whether Unified communication Manager express & unity expres is installed or not on router how to check it pls suggest
I did check flash but I can’t understand

Hello,
The CME is a feature that comes with different IOS series, so if you can send us a copy of show version we will be able to find if your IOS has CME or not, also you can go to global configuration mode and try to type "telephony-service" if the router takes the command is because you have CME and if you would like to know the version use "Show telephony-service" at exec mode.
To know if you have CUE we will need the output of the show diag because CUE is an special card or module in the router.
