How to load SIP load file for 7941 at CME?

I have downloaded the SIP IP Phone load (cmterm-7941_7961-sip.8-5-3.cop.sgn) for 7941 from CCO, added the following commands at CME SIP:

!

tftp-server flash:cmterm-7941_7961-sip.8-5-3.cop.sgn

!

!

voice register global

load 7941 cmterm-7941_7961-sip.8-5-3.cop.sgn

!

and also related dn/pool commands, but the phone can't load the load file and shows 'error' while resetting.

How to work with this load file? Any help please?

One thing I see is that in the voice register global section you have the following:

load 7941 cmterm-7941_7961 sip.8-5-3.cop.sgn

Remove the .cop.sgn at the end.

Leave it on the statement for tftp-server:
