How to lock an IP Phone softkey when when using Cisco CTI Agent Desktop

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to lock the IP Phone 7942G softkey when using Cisco CTI Agent Desktop.

This is because the statistical impact on the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) is not the same between a CTI Agent desktop and an IP Phone when answering and transfering SkillGroup presentation.
