How to open .aef file?

How can I open .aef file which is the format of the script I dowloaded from UCCX?

Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

Download the script editor on your PC from the uccx admin page.

tools-->pluggins-->editor

UCCX Script Editor is a GUI based tool that we use to write IVR or Interactive Voice Response scripts for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express platform.
