Also,
Unity has the Record Live but Cisco does not support
this feature because it was locked down to only work with a couple different
switches
check in unity tools for live record

Thank you for your info.
That docs is for CUCM 6.0. Currently I'm using Call Manager 4.2.
Is there a way for me to do it in CM 4.2?

the only Cisco supported tool to record calls within the Cisco CallManager is CRS.
