How to remove user without DNS from Corporate Directory

Hi

1) If you have all your users in the default 'Users' container or antoher OU, and the 'service accounts' OU is a different top-level OU (or is at least not inside the same OU as the users) you can point your AD integration at the Users OU rather than at the root of your domain.

2)Alternatively you could set a custom LDAP filter to filter out accounts - for example filter out accounts that don't have 'telephoneNumber' set (assuming you are using telephoneNumber, and not ipPhone for the tel number field).

See this write-up for this second option : http://www.netcraftsmen.net/component/content/article/70-unified-communications/742-axl-sql-toolkit-part-3-updating-cucm-dirsync-ldap-filter-by-example.html
