How to silence ring back on Cisco IP Phone

Hi all,

I've a client with unique request.

Reception has a speed dial to 5555, whenever it's being invoked, the reception phone should not play the ring back and the speaker has to go silence while 5555 is ringing. I offered auto-answer 5555 but they want 5555 to ring.

They had this feature in previous Nortel system and looking forward to emulate the same in Cisco now.

CUCM version 7.0

Let me know if someone can suggest something in this or any newer CUCM versions.

As far as I know, is not possible to do that .
