i have got requirement from customer its almost same like Meet-me conference but actually it is not .....
let me explain scenario .....
there is a hunt pilot number e.g. 1000 which is bind with 4 extensions i.e. 1001 1002 1003 1004. ok.
some one from extension 2000 call on 1000 number then all four extensions started to ring together. one attendant 1001 picked call .... now 2000 & 1001 are talking to each other, ok .. now extension 1003 or 1004 also wants to join conversation of 2000 & 1001 silently .....
like in hollywood movies if police officer talks with robber same time he tell his team to pick fone and listen his conversation with robber then his whole team pick up there phones and silently listen robber conversation with there officer ....
how we can configure it in CCM ?? or what this feature calls ?????
