There are 2 MCS 7845 configured as CCM cluster. Each 7845 come with 2 NICs. How can I team these 2 NICs as a virtual one worked as active/standby mode ?

With CM 5.X on a supported MCS HP Server this will work.

-You will have to ssh in or be on the console directly

-You enable it from command line on the server

-set network nic failover ena

-You will need to reboot the cluster

-Next, show status

-show network failover

Due to driver issues we don't support NIC teaming on IBM platforms as of

now.

Any idea when teaming will be supported on the IBM platform? I have a 7825 I2.

Thanks,

I know it works on 7835-I2 on 5.1
