If you mean transfer a call without it being active or answering it first on the phone that is not possible.

For the calls checks your CSS/partitions/route patterns and whatever you're using to connect the systems.

I am sure i have no problems with partitions ,Calling search spaces & Patterns

because i can call all numbers outside

only specific numbers i can't reach

most of these numbers are pbx systems

When I debug one of these numbers

Router#debug ccsip calls

Hi,

actually the problem i face is:

when i am trying to call some numbers outside i can't reach these numbers

these numbers outside is connected to pbx systems

from my side i am not dealing with pbx because its in different network

Thanks

Mohammed

Hi,

So how is your PBX connected to your CUCM. May be the calls requires MTP to get completed. If it is through SIP trunk, Select MTP require in SIP trunk and have MTp resources in its MRG and MRGL.
