How to undersatand CDR fields

I need to understand all fields in CDR table. Anybody can say me where can I see it?.

I'm not sure what version of CCM you are running so I have attached the info for 3 of the more current versions;

PS does anyone know what tool is used towards the end of this document to analyze the CDRs, for example in figure 1 of the 4.1(3) CDR document?
