Hi Rafael,

I'm not sure what version of CCM you are running so I have attached the info for 3 of the more current versions;

Cisco Unified Communications Manager CDR Analysis and Reporting Administration Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Release 6.0(1)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/6_0_1/car/carrslts.html

Cisco Unified CallManager CDR Analysis and Reporting Administration Guide, Release 5.1(3)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/5_1_3/car/carrslts.html

Cisco Unified CallManager Serviceability Administration Guide, Release 4.2(3)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/4_2_3/ccmsrva/saappdxa.html

Hope this helps!

Rob

I am using CCM 4.1.

Where is the PDF for my version?.

Thanks.

Hi Rafael,

Sorry about that, I wasn't sure what version you were running :)

Cisco CallManager Serviceability Administration Guide, Release 4.1(3)

Understanding CAR Reports

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/4_1_3/ccmsrva/saappdxa.html#wp997996

Hope this helps!

Hi Rafael,

Just to add to Rob's excellent info, i've found the following useful when looking directly at the CDR database:

For version 4.1(3):

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/4_x/cdr413.html

For other versions see:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_reference_guides_list.html

Cheers,

Jonathan

PS does anyone know what tool is used towards the end of this document to analyze the CDRs, for example in figure 1 of the 4.1(3) CDR document?

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/4_x/cdr413.html#wp102799

Looks quite useful...
