How to update shared extension at the same time at 6.12

Before upgrade 6.12, I had 4.13.

I can update all share extension (share appearance key) by checking the box.

However, I no longer find at 6.12, can anyone tell me??

Another weird thing I find at 6.12 is that if I want to delete the shared extension, it will delete all of the them.

In other words, 1111 appears at 5 IP Phones, if I delete 1111 at one of phones, everything is gone. I have to use "Dissociate Devices" the phone first. It is pain.

Instead of going through device to the extesnion go to it from call routing --> Directory Numbers and make the changes there to affect all shared lines.

Dont delete it from the line level, simply move the line to "Disassociate Devices" box.
